Bookings may be made by telephone, email or post.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required and must be paid within 14 days of booking acceptance.

The requested date will be held (provisionally) for a period of 14 days and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

The balance of the fee (50%) is payable on the event date, prior to the commencement of festivities.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if the booked event is to be cancelled.

The deposit is refundable only if the event is cancelled more than 28 days in advance of the event date.

If the event is cancelled within 28 days of the event date, the deposit will only be refunded if the cancelled date is subsequently re-allocated to another event.

No refunds will be made should the event be cancelled within 7 days of the event date.
